Speak French And Say Bonjour
The French language have existed and withstood against the test of time for many centuries now which makes it undoubtedly the great romantic language ever existing in the planet. Learning this language is a great experience no matter what method you use and what reason you have for learning it.

For starters, basic conversation and pronunciation should be on the top of the lessons. Simple and plain conversation is needed especially when asking directions or asking for price during shopping. Asking “how do you do” in French to people you meet on the bus, on the train and even online can be a very helpful practical test on what you have learned about the language so far. The real thrill comes when you’re already on the real place where people speak French – in France!

Just because you are in a non-speaking French country, doesn’t mean that you just have to settle with what you think you know and what everyone else thinks. There are many other French-speaking countries you need to consider; the very reason also why you need to learn French; there are just too many people speaking this language as of this minute.

The only thing that’s important here is you learn how to read the words from a simple sign on the street. Asking for directions is also an important lesson you need to understand and memorize while you’re still not out and about traveling the streets of Paris.

Memorization, now that we’ve mentioned it, is not something we need to run away from. Instead, we should learn how to embrace it since memorization helps the brain absorb and retain new information every other minute. Giving our minds the chance to exercise benefits us from developing stagnant state of mind and also helps our mind to work very well on thinking and analyzing tasks. The job that we thought once is difficult can become a helpful aid.

Try learning a new French word and see how well you can remember it almost instantly.
Follow this example; a father of 20 tends the field and harvests an entire forest of pear to sell it to the market. The word here is “father” which means “pere” in French. The target is to create a silly scene with the two words linked to one another, thus, the technique now called Link-Word.

Speak Your Dreams Into Existence
The power of your words is one of the most powerful forces you can use to create what your heart desires.

I discovered the power of “Speaking my Dreams into Existence” in a playful manner.

At the tender age of forty I took my first art lesson and loved it.

I immediately began to say, “I am an artist...”
with a sense of playfulness.

I knew I wasn't’t really an accomplished artist yet but it gave me so much pleasure to say it and it sounded so good.

Amazingly, within one year’s time, I was charging over one thousand dollars a pop for my beautiful portrait work.

More recently one of my brothers jokingly teased me about taking time off. He called me one Monday morning while I was getting a pedicure instead of working.

He said, “Oh, so, Rebecca, you make so much in one day that you can just take the rest of the week off?”

And I replied, “Oh yes, that sounds so good to me...” After that point, I started playfully repeating his own words to myself.

“You know, I make so much in one day, that I just take the rest of the week off.”  Lo and behold, if it didn't’t come true in less than a months time.

I am am emotional healing workshop leader and within a month my classes started filling up so full that I really did make so much from one day’s work that I could’have taken it easy the rest of the week.

Please realize that I’m telling you this, not to make you feel left out, but to encourage you to do it, too.

That is my sole purpose for sharing anything with you. So you can do it too and because you can do it too...

The vital key here is to keep it light and playful. The energy of playfulness opens your valves to receiving. When we take our dreams too seriously it can cause an energy of desperation which blocks your flow.

If you repeat affirmations with an air of desperation and complete seriousness you stifle the flow. Everything is energy and you attract what you put out, so keep it light and fun while letting the universe know what would be fun for you.

Make it easy on yourself, play a game with this. What dreams would you like to come true? Practice saying them in a joking manner and see how good that feels just to have the words roll off your tounge.

Have fun with your words and "Speak your dreams right into Existence".

Speaking A Language And Learning French
French for native English speakers is a lot different if you try to look at it from all sides. You may learn everything about the French language especially the primary rules that are used but there are times when you just can’t seem to retrieve all the grammar and language rules immediately and what just comes out of your mouth is the intuition that tells you to use the words that you are capable of saying.

Likewise, when you think about it, each time you speak, you really don’t take time to think about the general rules and the application of the language and yet you are still able to say what you want to say. You are also still able to express your opinions and feelings. This ability is due to our language intuition. It is what makes us recognize a language no matter how fast it is said or how quickly we read it.

Usually, most people would think about what they need to remember at all times so they’d be able to say what they want to say correctly. Yes, it is inevitable to learn the grammar rules especially if you are new to the language. But most likely, when you are on you’re own and you find yourself sitting outside a café in one of the streets of Paris, sipping latte and talking to a French friend, you’d realize that what you say in French didn’t have to count on whether you’re able to review the grammar lessons in your head or not but as long as you can converse with your French friend then that is fine.

Of course, at times, you will still have doubts to how you release a sentence verbally or clerically. It happens and this is when your grammatical knowledge becomes useful. If you think you need more help in how to be understood while speaking French, read a lot of French material.

Speed Reading, Is It For Me
Everyone has probably observed others who seem to skim over a page quickly as they read. People naturally read at different rates, but there are some people who have learned to speed reading. These people also read at different rates but those people with speed reading skills all read faster than most people. Speed reading can be done by learning specific strategies for reading through material quickly and comprehending the material. Turning and skimming pages quickly is not much use if the reader does not remember or comprehend what they have read.

People who would like to read and comprehend more quickly should enroll in a speed reading class in order to acquire skills that will help them read faster and better. Speed reading courses usually provide the students with several strategies and techniques to read and comprehend more quickly. Students who enroll in a speed reading course should learn these strategies to improve their reading rate. Once students learn these strategies in a course, they will find many benefits. All of their reading assignments or duties will take far less time.

Students will be able to finish all of their reading requirements and have lots of extra time for the fun activities of college life. Business people will be able to study reports and other papers and have more time for family and fun. Students, business people and others who use speed reading strategies save time but they also comprehend the material that they cover. Courses often teach people to use techniques that are different from the techniques that they used to learn to read in elementary school. Most people initially learn to read in a linear fashion.

Speed reading courses often teach people to read the words in other patterns than the ones first learned in school. The courses usually train students to avoid reading each individual word. A good course in speed reading will change some of the habits that people have acquired in their traditional education. The course will also provide students with advice that will help them become better readers.

Distractions can interfere with reading comprehension and many instructors in a course will advise students to eliminate the distractions in order to achieve better reading comprehension.
The speed reading instructors often suggest ways that students should prepare for reading tasks before they read the first word. There are many strategies that people can use to become better readers and many are most pleased when they learn the strategies that help them.

Spend Time To Save Time
You have to give some to get some. The old adage is usually applied to money but it is also true of time.

When we are very young or very old, time seems endless. But for the majority of our lives, time is something we always need.

We are always pressed for time or seem to owe time to others from our bosses to our families. Time is such a valuable commodity so we need to make sure that we use it carefully. Careful use of our time means one thing -- time management.

The sad truth is that most of us who are really in need of time management rarely utilize it. However, spending time on this simple four-step plan named "TIME" can really make a difference in your day, your life, and your time!

T Is For Taking Time To Plan

Every minute spent on planning and organizing will save at least that amount of time when you implement your plan. Shopping trips taken without a list often result in wasted time, errands run without prior planning often mean wasted time, and tasks not properly organized often mean wasted time. We all know this is true and yet we still rush forward in our haste to get something done. Take time to plan and you will be more efficient.

I Is For Involving Others

Whether at work or at home, involving other crucial stake-holders in your planning and prioritizing can help you attend to the essentials and share the work. Others may have good ideas to help you achieve your goals and others may well spark even more ideas from you. Sometimes, simply talking things over with a sympathetic audience can help you think more clearly. Don't forget to give others a share in the work as well as the planning.

M Is For Meditation

No matter how busy your life or hectic your schedule is, you must take time to reflect on your goals and dreams. Taking a few moment to clear your mind, focus your energy, and rebuild your strength can revitalize you and help you accomplish more when you swing back into action.

Allowing yourself this down time may well give you the opportunity to prioritize and brainstorm so you can be even more productive than before. Even if you don't have brainstorms from taking this time out, it will definitely give you an energy boost.

E Is For Evaluation

It is important for you to regularly evaluate your priorities and goals. Perhaps you have accomplished tasks that can now be permanently crossed off your list or can be set aside until a later date. Perhaps you have achieved certain goals resulting in a change of other priorities. Perhaps you simply have learned something along the way that caused a number of shifts in your priorities and goals.

Evaluation can also give you a sense of accomplishment if you look back on what you have achieved and the goals you have reached.

Even if taking TIME for time management can seem wasteful, it is actually a process that pays for itself time and again. Time management may cost you time for planning and organization but in the end it helps you gain time through efficiency and prioritization. The simple truth is that time management saves you time and stress.

Spiritual Belief
The atmosphere surrounding the earth is still a matter of special interest for scientific research. Some physicists have discovered and suggest that we are living within a field of energy that surrounds and envelops the earth, like an invisible halo. Through this are shot electrical charges. It appears that not only does this energy charge the batteries of our mind, body and soul it also helps us to be successful. Einstein stated that to the physicist this field is as real as the chair you are sitting on.

Man has suddenly re-awakened to the fact that he is part of a vast cosmos, and that we are not just a speck of dust on a chunk of matter, revolving around the sun. With this new dawn and with cosmic realization our questioning mind will find answers to some of mans most demanding questions. One of the most persistent conceptions in the history of human thinking has been the idea that there is a definable relationship between the individual and there destiny. This is a very old idea and it crops up in the records of every known civilization and culture.

At the end of World War 2 a wave of discontent, particularly affecting the young, swept over the world. It was suddenly apparent that in the eternal quest for meaningful identity many of the old religions and philosophies completely broken down and people started to look for other faiths. The most popular one was a spiritual belief.

Because mediumship possesses a charm and an everlasting attraction, this is the one reason why it is frowned upon throughout different religions. Today however, with the development of modern physics, people's views are starting to change. Many scientists are studying quite seriously the possibility of a connection between man and the cosmic environment. Whilst scientists remain sceptical, it is now becoming clear that in certain areas they are becoming more open minded.

Over the years psychic mediums have been able to help people with their development, their losses and have helped many to discovery a new way of life. A medium has touched every area of life by having the ability to see and hear beyond this world and into the next.

When we think about it, life is like a detective story not only in its complexities but also in the fact that any event no matter how great, small or trivial, is the action of an individual person. History shows repeatedly that one man can overturn the world and everyone knows that a single member of a family can destroy the happiness of a home. That one partner in a firm can wreck a sound business and how one guest can wreck a party. Equally, it is also true that no situation is saved
except through the actions of an individual. Someone is always at the centre or out in front of everything whether it is war, a motor accident or a great achievement.

There is a very old proverb that says, "to understand all is to forgive all" but a more practical version is "to understand all is to be able to handle the situation better". If we did not have to learn through misunderstandings, unhappiness, and even tragedy the people we love and live with, work with and encounter in the course of our daily lives, it might well be that life in general could develop into a more manageable affair.

A psychic medium is not a selfish person, but any physic medium will always desire truth and respect from the individuals they help. A psychic medium could never bring hurt or harm to others and they like to be honest. They also have high standards, without this they would not be able to do their work for spirit. They also believe that without honesty and high standards there would be no respect for others in the world.

Our destiny is the light pattern of time bequeathed to us by unknown benefactors of our past, because both the bodily and spiritual roads we travel are our goals towards were we are heading. We are comfortably conscious of being part of an orderly structure of life, but we are also fully aware that we are free to choose for ourselves.

Destiny is something to achieve, to fight for and to pursue. This is probably why the pattern of time has developed a formula, which is to help us pursue both our destiny and our dreams.

Spiritual Longing And The Path Of Forgiveness
God’s heart exists within your own heart, and as you travel along the pathways of spiritual life, your own divine nature begins to emerge and awaken. As your spiritual essence becomes more manifest, your heart begins to awaken and to seek the way Home.

A heart that longs for love, and that longs to find the way home to God, opens a pathway of light from the human, embodied self to the soul that exists eternally in the realms of spirit. This important connection creates a funnel that can transmit knowledge, love, light and comfort from the realms of spirit to your embodied self. Truly it can be said that longing is the path Home to God, for it activates all the forces of heaven and Earth to infuse you and your daily life with God’s light and love.

Spiritual longing not only activates spiritual growth and transformation, but it also activates the healing of any and all inner blockages to love that may exist within your being. Pain, resentment, anger and blame that are directed towards others eventually sap the life force from our own inner light, and so at some point on the spiritual journey, we are led to the path of forgiveness.

Forgiveness is a state of being that emerges from love. Forgiveness cannot be forced, especially if you have been abused, neglected, or treated cruelly, or have suffered trauma at the hands of others. In this kind of situation, healing needs to progress in stages, first by allowing yourself to feel all the emotions that resulted from the trauma.

This first stage of forgiveness involves not an immersion in the feelings, but an allowing of them to emerge, within a space of safety. The emotions need to be held in the container of God’s love. For many, this is best done with the support of others who can hold a healing space by offering you a loving and steady presence. This stage can last for a while if the traumas run deep, or can be passed through more quickly if there is sufficient light and love present to help in the transformation process.

After this phase there is a kind of lull, and a sense of emptiness, as the emotions that were held inside for so long are no longer existing within you. Like so many phases of spiritual life, one must first be emptied out before being filled with the new.

After this phase has passed, a sense of new life and hope begins to emerge naturally from the cleansing effects that happened during the period of emotional release. These emerge as seeds of the new that spring into consciousness or even appear in daily life as harbingers of a new day to come.

During this time, opportunities are given for you to review the past with fresh eyes. You may come to a deeper understanding of the meaning of the painful situations that you experienced. At this point, the opportunities for forgiveness begin to emerge. It is important to understand that these cannot be forced or manufactured.

Forgiveness can only come from a heart that is open and that has released the burden of anger and resentment fully. What this means is not that you will never feel anger or resentment again, but that you are no longer holding onto the anger. Instead, you are seeking to return to love, harmony and wholeness. You want to be released from the past so you can be free to live, love, and move forward into the new.

There are some things that we experience that are so terrible that it does not seem possible to forgive or heal from them. In this kind of situation, extra care is needed to not place judgments upon yourself. If you have experienced a severe trauma, you may not be able to experience forgiveness quite yet. You may need more time to go through the emotional healing process, and to pick up the pieces of your life, and to go deeper with your relationship with God.

To have the intention to forgive is the first step towards a complete freedom and release from the trauma. In some cases it may take time to arrive at this point. Once you are ready to be willing to forgive, your healing process has already begun.

Spiritual longing is the desire of the heart to be free, to be at one with the divine nature of our own being. Spiritual longing activates a profound process of transformation and healing that is capable to freeing us from even the deepest of traumas. Forgiveness, when it comes, is a blessing of love that releases us from the chains of the past and opens a new doorway to healing.

Forgiveness is one of God’s greatest gifts, and is greatly needed in today's world. Your own healing process not only benefits you, but all those you come in contact with. As a freer and more loving being, you become more capable of being a presence of love and light for others during these very challenging times we live in. In this way, you contribute to the healing of the world, one heart at a time.

Spirituality - Inspirational Stories ( Part 68 )
So Karma-Yoga says, first destroy the tendency to project this tentacle of selfishness, and when you have the power of checking it, hold it in and do not allow the mind to get into the ways of selfishness. Then you may go out into the world and work as much as you can. Mix everywhere, go where you please; you will never be contaminated with evil. There is the lotus leaf in the water; the water cannot touch and adhere to it; so will you be in the world. This is called "Vairagya", dispassion or non - attachment. I believe I have told you that without non - attachment there cannot be any kind of Yoga. Non - attachment is the basis of all the Yogas. The man who gives up living in houses, wearing fine clothes, and eating good food, and goes into the desert, may be a most attached person. His only possession, his own body, may become everything to him; and as he lives he will be simply struggling for the sake of his body.

Non - attachment does not mean anything that we may do in relation to our external body,it is all in the mind. The binding link of "I and mine" is in the mind. If we have not this link with the body and with the things of the senses, we are non - attached, wherever and whatever we may be. A man may be on a throne and perfectly non - attached; another man may be in rags and still very much attached. First, we have to attain this state of non - attachment and then to work incessantly. Karma-Yoga gives us the method that will help us in giving up all attachment, though it is indeed very hard.

Here are the two ways of giving up all attachment. The one is for those who do not believe in God, or in any outside help. They are left to their own devices; they have simply to work with their own will, with the powers of their mind and discrimination, saying, "I must be non - attached".

Spirituality - Inspirational Stories ( Part 69 )
For those who believe in God there is another way, which is much less difficult. They give up the fruits of work unto the Lord; they work and are never attached to the results. Whatever they see, feel, hear, or do, is for Him. For whatever good work we may do, let us not claim any praise or benefit. It is the Lord's; give up the fruits unto Him. Let us stand aside and think that we are only servants obeying the Lord, our Master, and that every impulse for action comes from Him every moment.

Whatever thou worshippest, whatever thou perceivest, whatever thou doest, give up all unto Him and be at rest. Let us be at peace, perfect peace, with ourselves, and give up our whole body and mind and everything as an eternal sacrifice unto the Lord. Instead of the sacrifice of pouring oblations into the fire, perform this one great sacrifice day and night -- the sacrifice of your little self. "In search of wealth in this world, Thou art the only wealth I have found; I sacrifice myself unto Thee.

In search of some one to be loved,Thou art the only one beloved I have found; I sacrifice myself unto Thee." Let us repeat this day and night, and say, "Nothing for me; no matter whether the thing is good, bad, or indifferent; I do not care for it; I sacrifice all unto Thee." Day and night let us renounce our seeming self until it becomes a habit with us to do so,until it gets into the blood, the nerves, and the brain, and the whole body is every moment obedient to this idea of self - renunciation. Go then into the midst of the battlefield, with the roaring cannon and the din of war, and you will find yourself to be free and at peace.

Spirituality - Journey In The Fields Of Forever ( Part 96 )
A few weeks had gone by since my return from the land of mysteries. To me, this ancient place always conjured up visions of fiercely armed warriors charging across the plains to do battle with opposing armies. It is interesting to observe how some of the most awesome experiences of one’s life could quickly fade into vague memories. Such was the case with my Indian “adventures” as I fell into the routine of daily life again.

Every now and then I’d think of Gideon and Marla. But they, too, didn’t command prime time on my daily priority list. There were more pressing duties, like completing a manuscript and beginning a new one, preparing for a lecture tour, buying new shoes for Jonathan, helping Malika fix a flat tire, refinancing my business and countless other activities all competing for my time and attention.

This day, I was quietly relaxing on my back porch, half-asleep, dimly observing the activities of the wildlife in the back yard. It had been a rather hectic day and I felt a few minutes of relaxation before dinner would do me some good.Exhausted, I must have dozed off for the next thing I remember hearing was someone calling my name.I opened my eyes to the sight of Gideon and Marla standing before me.

“Greetings!” said Gideon,“didn’t want to wake you, but we have to talk. Can you spare a few minutes?”

Before I could answer, Marla came over, gave me a big hug and gently kissed me on the cheek. “It’s been a few weeks, John, but we needed to get together with you.”

Now, I was wide-awake, wondering about the urgency of their visit. “I’ve missed both of you,” I said, as they each took a chair, “and I trust all has been well. But why the big hurry to talk to me?”

“We just came from a meeting with the Chief,” said Gideon. “You remember? The Big Chief? The Creator of the Universe? Alphaand Omega? Remember meeting Him yearsago?”

“How could I forget? Still seems like a strange dream,” I answered. “Once on a sailing ship, then in an office in the Big City and another time at a party gathering. Both of you, too. It all seemed quite real.”
